Refurbishment

Buckets, truck trays, dozer and grader attachments — cement and mining duty wears them down faster than anything else. We bring them back, stronger than the day they arrived.

Don't replace the asset. Extend it.

We refurbish excavator and wheel loader buckets, haul truck trays, and dozer & grader attachments for cement plants — and for mining and construction operations running the same punishment. Structural repair, line boring, and engineered Hardox® wear lining restore a worn attachment to full duty at a fraction of replacement cost, with longer wear life than the original build.

Every refurbishment is scoped against how the attachment actually failed — not just what's visibly broken — so the money goes where the wear goes.

Repair, rebuild, or replace?

Wait too long, and repair costs escalate past saving.

Replace too early, and you throw away usable life you already paid for.

Misjudging that call is one of the most expensive mistakes in heavy equipment. Our engineers assess the structural integrity and full repair scope first — then tell you honestly which path costs less over the attachment's remaining life. Sometimes the answer is a weld. Sometimes it's a full rebuild. Sometimes it's "don't spend the money" — and we'll say so.

Everything a worn attachment needs — under one roof, or at your plant

Welding & Structural Repair

Cracked shells, torn lips, split tray floors, distorted side walls. Our welders assess the full extent of stress damage before repairing — not just the visible crack — reinforcing the surrounding structure so the same failure doesn't come back with the next shift.

/02

Line Boring

Egg-shaped pin bores turn a solid attachment into a loose one. We restore bores and pin housings to true tolerance — in-house at the Jeddah facility, or on-site at your plant — so it mounts tight and stays tight.

/03

Hardox® Wear Lining

As a certified Hardox® Wearparts partner, we design and install liner packages mapped to the actual wear zones — bucket floors and heels, tray bodies, blade faces. The result: material flows, steel survives, and rebuilds get further apart.

Mobile Field Crew

A traveling repair crew, equipped for on-site maintenance and heavy repairs at cement plants across the Kingdom. When the attachment can't come to Jeddah — or production can't wait for transport — the workshop comes to you.

Full Refurbishment Program

For buckets and trays at the end of their visible life: stripped to the bare shell, structurally rebuilt, re-lined, refinished, and returned to duty with a documented scope of everything done — repairs, liner map, and sign-off.

Assess

Wear mapped, damage scoped, repair-vs-replace verdict — on-site or in Jeddah.

Rebuild & Line

Structural repair, line boring, Hardox® liner package.

Return to Duty

Refinished, documented, back on the machine.

Why refurbish

Replacement is the expensive fix. Refurbishment is the engineered one.

A refurbished bucket or tray costs a fraction of a new one, arrives in a fraction of the lead time — and with the right steel in the right places, outlasts the original. That's the difference between buying equipment and managing assets: reliability and longevity you can plan around.

Every refurb — documentedRepair scope · Liner map
Bore report · Final sign-off

Tell us what's worn. We'll tell you what it needs.

Machine model, attachment type, and what's failing — an engineer will scope it, on-site if needed, and come back with an honest verdict and a quote.
